1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through eastglows.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Authenticity

All products sold on EastGlows are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official Korean brands and authorized distributors. Product images and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible. Actual packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates. All skincare products are for external use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are SSL-encrypted. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. EU orders are shipped from our European warehouse with no customs fees. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within the EU. 5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, plus our extended 30-day return window. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Return Policy for complete details.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection, processing, and your rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on eastglows.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of EastGlows or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited. Brand names and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

EastGlows shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the EU member state where the customer resides. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
